Summer came and went so fast I never got around to updating our family travel blog. School starts tomorrow for Elin (kindergarten) and I feel the need to get life organized and up to date. So I will update our blog in a series of 3-4 posts to catch up on our summer travels.
Vancouver BC - May 14-16, 2015
In May we met up with Lisa, Russell and the two youngest boys in Vancouver BC. Our girls LOVE to see their cousins and were so excited to be able to spend some time with them. We stayed in downtown Vancouver at the Blue Horizon. It was fun to be right in the middle of the city and able to walk to everything. In fact, we parked our car when we got there and didn't use it again the whole weekend.

We went to BC was for the U2 concert as they were not playing in Seattle. Russell, Lisa and James went to the U2 concert at Roger's Arena.

I stayed at the hotel to put our kiddos to bed. I got to enjoy mommy time the next morning and had a fabulous massage. We spent the rest of the weekend enjoying Vancouver BC, one of our favorite cities.

Hayden, ID - June 5-8, 2015
In early June we traveled to Hayden ID to celebrate Tristan's High School Graduation (Russell and Lisa's oldest son). Many other family members from both sides were there as well. It was great to see them and celebrate Tristan's accomplishment.

We spent a little time at Hayden Lake and Aunt Lisa taught my girls to SUP (stand up paddle board).
They loved it....
Almost as much as they love cruising around in Aunt Lisa's NEV.
We did all of the girls favorite things at Aunt Lisa and Uncle Russ's house including the fire pit and the hot tub.
It was, as always, so fun to see the "brothers" (Scoffield boys).
